- Aug 23, 2018 First install gta sa on your computer then follow the steps bellow. Now first install CLEO on the gta sa folder; then extract CHEAT MENU using Winrar.( Password – gtasacleobyts ) now copy the cheats.cs to cleo folder of your gta sa game folder; then copy cheats.fxt to the cleotext folder inside of cleo folder in gta sa game folder.
